Products sold at the store are designed and handmade in Finland, unless otherwise stated. 
We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and worldwide. All prices include VAT in the European Union. Other possible costs such as import taxes outside the European Union, are not included in the prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. 


The products are ordered by placing them into the shopping cart, and by paying via supported online payment options. All the customer information is handled confidentially. Gathered information is only used to order processing, shipping and if needed, to clear out any mishaps that might have happened during the order processing. 

Payment methods

The products and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. 
You can pay via Klarna Checkout and Paypal. The Klarna Checkout payment methods you can choose from are: Pay now (card payments and direct payments), Pay later (invoice) or Split your payment (6,12, 24 and 36 month payment plans and flexible payments).

Payment Service Provider
Klarna AB acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Klarna AB will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order- and payment confirmation

Once we've received your order, you'll be immediately sent a order confirmation via email, that shows your order information. Always be sure to check the content of the order confirmation. If you have anything to ask or you notice possible errors, immediately contact the seller. Be sure to save the order confirmation email that shows your order ID number, in case you need to contact the seller. Shipping options and prices

Shipping prices include the shipping and handling expenses. In the shopping cart you're offered a price estimate based on the primary shipping option. You can see the accurate shipping expenses once you've picked your desired payment and shipping options. Available shipping options depend on the content placed in the shopping cart, the overall weight and your country of residence. 

Delivery time

Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping option and country. 
In most cases delivery takes 4-7 business days in Finland, once the order has been sent. 
Worldwide delivery can take 7-14 business days, once the order has been sent. 
Shipping delays due to the carrier, weekends and holidays may affect the delivery time. 
You'll get a tracking code to your email address once the order has been sent. 

Return and exchange policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Before the return shipment send a return notification to the seller via email. 
Include your name, order number and phone number and which items you want to return in the return notification. Once the seller has received the notification, you'll get a shipping label and instructions by email on how to send back your order. 
Keep the receipt of the return shipment until the refund is completed. 
When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for processing a return may take up to 10-15 working days. 
If all products from the original order are returned, the original shipping fee will also be refunded. If the return does not include all the products of the original, the shipping fee will not be refunded. In case the return shipment is lost during transportation, keep the receipt of the return shipment until you have received the refund. If a parcel is lost during transportation and/or the customer cannot deliver proof of the shipment, seller is not obligated to make the refund of the items that have not been returned. 

Unclaimed package

It is the customers obligation to make sure to pick up the package on time so that it is not returned to the seller. In case the package is returned to the seller, customer is asked to either pay for the order to be re-shipped, or the customer is offered a refund. 
NOTE! that in this case original shipping expenses will be deducted from the full refund amount. 
Failing to claim a package is not the same as returning or cancelling a order.
